You may think that

healthy eating is not important to fashion, but it is.

There is no such thing as a perfect body form.

There is a thing called healthy eating.

Eating a well- balanced diet is the key to a healthy body,

as well as keeping your body hydrated daily. 

When you eat healthy you will feel amazing. 

Cut down on way too sugary treats

and do fruits and veggies instead.

I’m not saying don’t have treats,

but limit yourself to some once or twice a week.
